It may happen that you want to return an order. Because the product does not suit you, maybe there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
After cancellation you have 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited 85% order amount excluding shipping. Only the costs for return from your home to the web store are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately 6.95 per package in holland, for the exact rates of your carrier's website. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories - if reasonably possible - will be returned to the entrepreneur in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right you can contact us via [email protected] We will then refund the permitted order amount within 14 days of registering your return, provided that the product cane has been returned in sealed packaging.
We are unfortunately unable to retout products that are already connected.
If the product has been damaged by the packaging and has been damaged more than necessary, then we can pass on the value reduction of the product to you. Treat the product with care and ensure that it is unused and properly packaged on a return.

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on workdays before 4 p.m. on the same day. On the product page there is an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The prices quoted are exclusive of shipping costs.

Warranty & Complaints
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens which entitles you to make a warranty claim. You can send your product to us for extensive examination. We charge 75 euros research costs. If the product breaks down or does not work properly through no fault of your own, it will be exchanged free of charge.
It can always happen that something does not go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first make your complaints known to us by emailing [email protected] If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/.
